PRESOLITY
presolity.no ↗A restrained, confidential-by-design site for high-trust executive coaching — where the hard part is not selling, but making a senior leader comfortable enough to make first contact.
What the business
actually needed.
Tommy works with people carrying real responsibility — leaders facing decisions they cannot discuss internally. The commercial problem is unusual: the audience is not price-sensitive or feature-driven, they are risk-averse about being seen to need help at all. A site that sold hard would have actively repelled them.
Tommy Fjeldheim — executive coach, author of «Tenk som en kriger»
Fixed scope, fixed fee, no equity. Delivered 2025 — client owns the build outright.
The entire design is built around lowering the cost of first contact. Nothing on the page pressures, nothing counts down, nothing promises transformation. The opening line — «Perspektiver, sparring og støtte når du trenger det» — deliberately offers less than a typical coaching site, because overselling is the failure mode for this audience.
Confidentiality is treated as a product feature, not fine print. There is a dedicated section on «Konfidensialitet og rammer», and the FAQ answers the question that actually blocks the sale — whether an employer paying for the engagement gets to hear any of it. The answer is no, and saying so plainly removes the single largest objection.
The offer is organised into four situations rather than four services — leadership decisions, development and performance, stress and crossroads, ambition and execution — so a visitor recognises their own circumstance instead of decoding a service menu. «Et rom uten intern agenda» does more work than any list of credentials.
The engagement structure is published in full: a 20–30 minute first conversation, a three-month establishment phase with six recommended sessions, an evaluation point, and a one-year frame. Making the commitment legible upfront is what converts a hesitant senior leader — they can see exactly what they are agreeing to before they email.
Tommy's background — Norwegian special forces, entrepreneurship, company building, published author — is present but deliberately underplayed, positioned as the reason he can hold the room rather than as a credential wall.
Everything that
went into it.
No line items padded for the invoice. Each of these exists because it does commercial work on the page.
Situation-led service architecture
Four themes framed as circumstances a leader recognises, not services they have to interpret.
Confidentiality framing
A dedicated section and FAQ handling the employer-funding question directly — the objection that silently kills this kind of enquiry.
Transparent engagement model
The 20–30 minute intro call, three-month establishment phase, six-session rhythm and one-year perspective all published before contact.
Values as structure
«Mot. Energi. Ydmykhet.» used as an organising principle across the site rather than a decorative strapline.
Full FAQ layer
Eight questions covering eligibility, employer funding, confidentiality, what happens after the establishment phase, and whether this is coaching at all.
Low-friction contact
A single, calm contact path sized to the actual ask — a short conversation, not a commitment.
What it does
commercially.
A site that sells a high-trust, high-price service by removing risk rather than adding pressure — the commercial structure made fully transparent before anyone has to make contact.
